- Added persistent global anti-abuse reputation for exact IP, subnet and ASN history.
- Added progressive reputation penalties and gradual time-based score decay.
- Reputation is shared across tokens/routes in the installation.
- Added explicit user Click CAPTCHA ON/OFF setting. Security controls remain active in both modes.
- CAPTCHA OFF uses the loading verification flow without silently forcing a click.
- CAPTCHA ON requires the click after the loading/security stage.
- Unified all gate variants to a centered layout on desktop and mobile.
- Added reputation score/strike/subnet fields to detailed security log rows.
- Existing v3.9.3 config files remain compatible; missing CAPTCHA setting is inferred from the legacy gate behavior.
